some problem with d-link switch.

I have my own company for computer hardware solution..
but i need some help from router master..

Problem : I have setup one office with dlink switch.. There are two switches.. One is with 8 slot and second is with 16 slots..and have two different connections of internet.. but one of the connection is not working proper.. so pls help how i setup this switches so I can solve this problem..

Any other guidance appreciated.. pls i want to rectify this problem quickly.. so help me soon..

It sounds like you have a very non traditional setup.

How are your Internet Connections connected to your network?

We will need more details to diagnose your problem.

We need the following information:

1. Are you using a router and how are your Internet Connections connected to your network. What kind of Modems are you using?

2. Are are the modems plugged in and what kind of device are you using to join the two internet connections?

3. What is your IP setup and how many different networks do you have?

The standard is:
192.168.1.0

However, depending on how you want your internet connections to work you might need to configure separate addresses.

Internet 1:
192.168.1.0
Internet 2:
192.168.2.0

Please post with additional information.
